I recieved an offer for a $5,000 Platinum card from People's Credit First. I paid $49 in "membership fees" and "rush" shipping. I thought that this would be a good card to have for emergencies and for balance transfers because of its 12 month introductory 0% APR.

Well I didn't get anything for my money, not a single thing. I find online that very many people have the same complaint. It might be time for a class-action suit or something. I'm willing to go after these people, is there anyone else that would be interested in getting involved? Its not so much the matter of my $49, that I can live without, but more the moral obligation to stop this from happening to other innocent people.
