You are not able to talk with a manager or supervisor. They are never in, according to the person who answers the phones. If you've been charged unjusticely, follow this advice. Call your credit card and dispute the charges. They will issue credit and charge the company, People Finders a Chargeback. An easy phone call. If all fraudulant actions were treated this way, People Finders will be out of business within months because all of their users are disapointed with the results. Look at the Better Business Bureau results, look at any of their reviews.
