PEOPLEPC ripoff dishonest billing internet

Peoplepc billed me after I cancelled my account with them two months ago. I had called and cancelled two accounts I had, I was only supposed to have one account. They cancelled one account and I kept the other account open until I deciced to go with another company. I called and cancelled the account and of course the girl on the phone wanted me to take two free months and I told her no that I wanted the account closed. The girl said ok and she gave me a conformation number and I took her name down. Two months later I see a debit transaction of $10.95 from peoplepc on my bank account. I called to see why I was charged and the person I spoke to said my account was not cancelled and that I had taken two free months and that now I was billed. I spoke to a supervisor and he said that according to what was on his computer I did not cancel my account and he would not refund my money no matter how many times I told him the date I called and cancelled my account and who I spoke to and I even gave him the conformation number but the number I gave him did not have enough numbers, but it was the number I was given. He was of no help what so ever. I am very upset over this matter, not so much the money amount but that peoplepc just refused no matter what I told them.
