Called PeoplePC a year ago to cancel service. Cancellation was impossible due to constantly being hung up on. Finally changed debit card info. PeoplePC started harassing me with phone calls. When I would answer it would be an empty line. After calling 6 or 8 times they left an automated recording telling me to call back. When I did I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up.

Continued to recieve phantom phone calls. When I tried to call back again I finally got through to an actual human in a call center in India. Spoke to two morons who yelled at me before being transferred to "Kevin" who told me he would cancel my service, but I still had to pay a $15 service fee. I told him that was funny because the guy I spoke to before "Kevin" had already cancelled my service. "Kevin was supposed to be wiping off that $15 balance.

He put me on hold again, and came back on the phone and told me I should be responsible enough to pay my balance and if I didn't, he would involve a collection agency. I told him I would be turning him into the FTC, which I did. I also told him if his company continued to break the law by harassing me with phantom phone calls I would also be turning them into law enforcement, which I will.

This company breaks the law. They should be taken down.
