Peoples Credit First Bait and Switch ripoff believed I was to receive Platinum Credit Card Not for a catalogue . This is a consumer rip-off fraud Tampa Florida
Like Teresa, I believed I was to receive a Platinum Credit Card with a $5,000.00 limit.
What I ended up with was a credit limit for their own catalogue. I would never have sent them the $49.00 processing fee if I had known it was only for a catalogue mail order company.
To me this is a typical Bait and Switch con that I strongly believe should fall under the catagory of Mail Fraud.

I had no idea

I wish I had seen these reports before sending them my $49.00. I had no idea there were these many people being ripped off by this one company. Admittedly, their catalogue did have some fine pieces, but it was not worth the $49.00 charge just to get a catalogue. In some of the other reports I did see a coment about starting up a class action suit against this company and I for one am all for it. Let's see how they feel about getting ripped off for a change.
