PCF offer a "Platinum Card" with a $5,000 credit line and 0% interest for 1 year.

Some who have posted Ripoff Reports apparently failed to read the offer. They found the word "Visa" or "Mastercard" whereas PCF never wrote them. They assumed the card could be used like such a card but PCF did not make any such claim.

These Reporters made no assertion that PCF failed to deliver the offered card, upon payment of the $45 price; or failed to refund the $45 as offered in the PCF Guarantee.

In other words, these spoiled and semi-literate brats didn't even read the offer.

Nonetheless, I think PCF is deceptivebecause their offer is carefully worded to give the impression that it's a credit card for widespread 3rd-party use, while staying within the strict limits of truthfulness: they say "You may use your... card.. for all purchases from credit provider" (ie, from themselves.) Caveat emptor.

By using such deceptive yet strictly truthful wording, PCF is doing exactly what the
Federal Government does, in collecting what it calls "income tax." In the Law, that is said to be imposed upon "taxable income". Most of us would suppose that means the stuff we earn. In fact, it means no such thing; again, caveat emptor. For what it really means,
