I WENT TO WWW.BBB.COM AND DID A SEARCH FOR PEOPLES CREDIT FIRST. I FOUND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

They have an UNSATISFACTORY rating with the BBB (obviously!!!) for unanswered complaints. PLEASE listen -- and send your packages back (if and when) you receive them to the physical address listed above CERTIFIED MAIL.
I have called the number above SEVERAL TIMES and either get a busy signal or a recording saying they are busy or to call back during business hours.
We will win over these false-advertising, misleading, untruthful, worthless unprofessionals. How dare they be listed with the BBB when there are so many unhappy and pissed off people? Duh!
