Update from my 8-15 post, number 509...Today I received a refund check from People's Credit First for the full $49.00. I don't know whether it was because they knew I complained to all the agencies I listed in my 8-15 post, or if they really are following their refund policy. I don't care why, I'm just glad the refund came....

They received my certified return receipt package on 8-26, and the check came today, 9-3. For those of you waiting, don't give up.......Get their package back to them and request an immediate refund. Write to the agencies listed in my 8-15 post if you would like also. Something worked for me. Good luck!

I concur with all you had to say to Dee. I do want to clarify though that I am definitely not am employee of this "company". If you follow my posts back, you'll see I was as angry as all others who were scammed, and chose to fight it. I wanted to update the board with everything I did so other victims could do the same and hopefully get their money back. Sure, the certified return receipt package cost me another $9.00, but I did get the $49.00 back. I am in NO way defending this company. It is horrible what they are doing. I hope my posts help someone else! Good Luck to all of you!

And, DEE, you are the, accountant, controller, stool pigeon, or whatever? Start writing checks to these people instead of writing on this board. Your posts on this board are fruitless. Or work on your resume, I hope your "company" isn't in business much longer.

If you actually have many SATISFIED customers, I am sure that you could get 10 to post on this board. Ask them. I doubt very seriously if you have ANY SATISFIED customers! You have been bamboozled by your boss, just as these HUNDRED's and HUNDRED's of people have been that have posted to this site! COUNT THEM DEE! COUNT THEM!
Pobably the one that posted about the refund is from your staff too. Get Real.

Your joking, right? Can you explain the hundreds of complaints on this web site all claiming Peoples Credit First is a rip-off? We also have over 800 e-mails from your unsatisfied customers.



Why would all these people wait 30 days to open a package they paid for, desperately needing credit? Did they all wait 30 days suddenly discovering they didn't get what your (commission paid) lying sales people promised them? Hmmm?



Either you're a dam liar or you're just an idiot and have no clue as to what is going on. You must have the heart of a car salesman to do this to people.

We always refund as long as you send your entire package back within 30 days

As our certificate states - "If you are not completely satisfied, please return your new platinum card and membership package within 30 days and your guarantee of money will be refunded - no questions asked." Simple - you sent your package back, you received a refund.



I would also like to point out that we do not offer a Visa, Master Charge or any other major credit card. Our program is for people with bad credit or no credit to establish or re-establish their credit. We have a lot of members that understand and love our program.
