I'm glad my instincts told me this company was a fraud! I knew when they wanted money first without sending me the terms, no contact phone number, a PO BOX # instead of an actual address.
This all sent up red flags. I ripped the acceptance certificate and got online to investigate. Glad I found this website and I wasn't taken for a penny!

The 4th paragraph down says complete refund if not satisfied, upon return of Platinum card, within 30 days? ....The sad thing is, there IS NO CARD, and IF you get one, it will be AFTER 30 days, not good for a d**n thing. They are only getting your BANKING INFORMATION, and then kiss your account goodbye, that is just a "play on words" to make them sound legit, They are NOT. This is also Capital Choice Consumer Credit in Miami, if you are not aware of them, read some of these pages.

I received same offer from Peoples Credit First just yesterday. Glad I did research first!
The letter states on the 4th paragraph down "Peoples Credit First provides a 30-day guarantee of money back. If you are not completely satisfied, please return your new Platinum card and membership package with-in 30 days and your guarantee of money will be refunded - no question asked".
These people that recently got ripped off should request their money back.
