Complaint Review: Peoples Credit First

I was sent notice via mail that I had been approved for a platinum credit card for 5,000 dollars and all that I needed to do was send back signed card and check or money order in the sum of 49.oo dollars for rush delivery. I sent this back with check on August 6, 2002 and still to this day September 3, 2002 have not recieved Anything from this company. My check was cashed on August 12, 2002. Where Is my card??????????
