Complaint Review: PEOPLES CREDIT FIRST

Peoples Credit First claimed I was approved for a $5000.00 Visa and would send it to me after I sent them a $45.00 handling fee which I did. I have never recieved the Visa card and when I tried to access their web page I couldn't. I want my money back and these people should be arrested for fraud. My bank is aware of this matter in case they try to access my bank account. Please advise me as to what else I can to to help catch these frauds. Thank You.
