Complaint Review: Peoples Credit First

Peoples Credit First sent me a pre-approval for a $5000.00 credit limit with 0% interest. This was going to be used to transfer 2 other credit cards with higher rates. My check in the amount of $49.00 cleared my bank on 10/18/2002, and I have yet to receive a card.

I want my money back as soon as possible. This is the last time I ever do this with an unkown credit card company. Thank you for your assistance.
