Complaint Review: Peoples Credit First

We received the offer of credit card from peoples choice first , sent rush of forty nine dollars in check , they have cashed it, October 1st cleared my bank. They must be getting better at printing this up because I don't remember any fine print and the back of the page we signed was blank as though it were a certificate and I read it THREE TIMES! It was for a 5000 dollar limit . If I had paid closer attention because obviously I missed something. what do I do next if anything?
