Peoples Organic They refused to correct/ replace an order that I could not eat. Minnetonka MN
On 6/17 at approximately 11:40am I ordered the breakfast burrito w/potatoes. After eating several potato slices I realized that they were dry, cold and tasted old. My wife tasted a potato slice and had the same sentiment. I brought this to the attention of the waitress (Margaret).
She said that she would inform the cooks. She later came back and said the cooks said “this is how the potatoes come, nothing can be done.” She offered me another piece of toast. I declined ,then she said “I can go back and ask the cooks again if you’d like”. I told her that is not necessary and expressed how disappointed I was with the customer service. We paid our tab w/ a 20% tip and left.
