Complaint Review: PEOPLES REBATES ASSOCIATION

i received a call from this company ,they toll me a been approved for a credit card up to 2500.00 dlls only do i have to pay one time fee of 295.00 dlls and they will send me a credit card to my house.

after they debit my money from the bank, i received a box with coupons rebates and credit card applications.i called back to the company they said i will received a letter with my credit card in it.

i received the letter ,same applications for credit cards
possible banks take my application.

i call back ,a person named "john gunn" told me to cancel it i have to wait six days more because the manager has to approved.
i call to cancel it because in one of the letters say
"provided this not exactly what was explained to you while placing your order,you may cancel with in ten business days period.the entire payment made by you,less the non-refundable shipping and handling charges of 29.99 will be returned after receipt your returned packaged.six days later a talked to the manager,my refund was denied becaused i ask for those benefits and aproved by phone. they said nobody mention a credit card approval .
