I signed up for a 7 day free trial with People Smart to do a criminal background check on an individual. I was not aware but I guess I authorized an additional $29.95 charge for the criminal report. The information provided was not detailed and it was incomplete - it was only for moving violations and not the criminal activity I was looking for. I was able to sign up for Pacer.com and get very detailed information including 2 Criminal Fraud records for a fraction of the cost. PeopleSmart.com info is BAD and when I asked for my money back they were adamant that they gave all the info they had. Well all the info they had is not worth the money. Stay away - go to (((competitor's name redacted))) and get the right info the first time.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
