I am very frustrated with People Smart. Im not sure if this incident was a fluke, or if it is part of a larger shady business practice.  But thank goodness for sites like this where you can colloborate info to see if others have had similiar problems and thus exposing deception.

We went on People smart 2 times to look up information. Sound like great deal to have free access into looking up information (that ended up being very limited and not hepful at all).  We than thought we cancelled the service. Well next thing we know we had a bill for like 19.99. We thought well, they mustve chraged us anyway and were going to let that just kind of slide by.

Than we found another charge on our same credit card bill that we overlookd for thirty something dollars. I was baffled at this point. I called to express my concern and the customer service was short and rude. Basically tellin us too bad. We had not cancelled the free trial. We insist we had and got no where. Frustrated we decided to eat the cost.

Than a week and half later we noticed they charged a seperate card of ours another 19.99. I have not even called them again yet. But this time i will demand to speak with a supervisor because it is getting out of control.

So this may be a simple fluke or shady practice. But time will tell if others have experienced similar problems.
