See Pepboys Complaint#103511 (complaint kept being deleted by local store manager) as
"DISSATISFIED" with warranty on tire repair.
Hankook Tires responded with "proper" way to repair tire according to RMA buidelines, which PEPBOYS is not following as per instruction by Hankook representive

See BBB complaint that was filed wrongfully in Washington DC.. (this keeps store record clean)

Critical notes:.
Chris Jones brainerd Rd Pepboys store , 10:55am 1-28-2012 stated he would not repair tire on our car because we had temporary plugged it, (We wanted a permenant repair)  now, as you read Hankook's representative state, the proper way to repair the tire, as I told Chris Jones, as I told the responding Pep boys rep that called me on the same day, is to remove the tire and install a patch over the plugged location. WHICH they refused to do. MORE screwing in my opinion to sell a new tire instead of holding up the tire warranty which we got when we purchased the tires.. I am not happy.

Next item, complaint sent to customer service in Washington DC instead of "actually" showing the stores problems locally to consumers..
100% refund of tire warranty-road hazard fee paid to Pep Boys for $23.96A personal apology from Store assistant manager Chris JonesA personal apology from Store manager who has called me twice being argumentative.Refund of fuel costs traveling to Brainerd store from my home, $7.I do not wish this to be in "store credit or any other thing but CASH as paid when purchased".This is a retraining opportunity for Pep Boys to "learn" proper method of repairing tires and better customer relations

TY, Chattanooga Store rep, called on 2-14-2012 offering to refund road hazard money if I drive to store to pick it up in person.  I do not wish to go back to the store a second time and asked it to be mailed, he refused to do so.

RIP OFF.. got our money and refused to honor service till called by "main office".. My wife is out about four hours total, they don't care about that, or the gas money spent trying to have this tire repaired properly..
