I made an appointment to have an oil change with tire rotation.  I was told I would be called if there were any problems with my car that would need further work.  I sat at restaurant for over and hour and a half before I placed my call to them to find out what the delay was.  When I called the asst. service manager told me that they were unable to rotate my tires because they were unservicedable.  I have an 09 Nissan that has been kept up on service.  I did note that the tried was a little worn on the front tire.  Charlie said there was a law that prohibited them from rotating the tires.  I did not think the tire was to a point that it was unservilable but he was the expert.  I was upset but at least my oil change was done properly.  Unfortunately it wasn't the case when I went to drive away I noticed my brake light was still on and my washer fluid was empty.  I paid $34.00 for adding oil to my car?!?!?!  I could have gone to a gas station and got better service than I got at Pep Boys.  When I called to complain about the service I was told to come back in for them to fix it.  Wasn't that why I was there the first time? I am a very busy person and don't have time to make a 15 min trip twice because they couldn't do there job the first time.  I WILL NEVER GO TO  A PEP BOYS again.  The service at the altamonte store ruined it for me.  Oh and Charlie told me that they couldn't put air in the tires that it was illegal but the service person did put air in the tires and they could have been rotated too.  I feel that just because I am a women they were trying to force me into buying tires  rather than doing what I asked.  If they couldn't do that then the least they could have done is a good job on the oil change.

A flat lie to make you buy new tires.
