Pep Boys Paid for New Shocks / struts - not installed Hesperia California
I had gone to Pep Boys and paid them a large amount for new shocks and struts which I assumed had been installed. Several months later I went to my regular dealer for service and they gave me notice that I needed new shocks and struts as mine were in bad shape, were leaking, etc.
The dealer gave me a printed report to take back to Pep Boys since I advised the dealer that I had already paid for new shocks and struts. So when I went back to Pep Boys they supposedly then installed new shocks and struts at no charge. There was no explanation for what happened. But if I had not been told about this fraud, I would not have known it.
