I took my car into PEP boys after having set a date to bring it in. I needed the car that evening to take my daughter and her fiance to be married. The only items that needed to be replaced were the pressure line for the power steering and the oil pan gasket. I brought all items in with the car. The car was supposed to be ready by 6pm that night. We didn't receive the car back until the next day, which meant we had to borrow another vehicle to get them married. The total cost of work was 260.00 but after driving the car I heard some funny noises that weren't there when I took the car in. On inspection of the engine I discovered that:

1: the air intake hose was disconnected and I couldn't put it back together. As well as a broken connection to the engine frame.

2: I brought in enough anti-freeze to fill the car and they didn't fill it.

3: I don't expect a refund but, after all the trouble I would have expected a discount, but didn't even get an apology.

4: It's funny that they fixed the power steering pump but all of a sudden the hose breaks ....... hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
