Complaint Review: Pep Boys

Lets start this way I have a arm in a sling after surgery for a roto cuff, also up in the years. I was in my local pep boys buying some items for my car wipers refills oil etc. I walked to the service desk and asked to have some one put in my refills, they were glad to help. Once the macanic ?? started to rip the refill the guy said I have never changed wiper blades before he got the one out by riping out.

He started to try to but one on my car. At this time he was F----this and that, non stop. asked him to stop be for he recked my wipers. I have to insicts that he stop. Went back in side to ask for some one else to do my car. When I assked to get some help the servive manager, Tod told me not to call his poeple jerks he did not care what I said. I was then told that some one else would be out I went back to my car to find the same macanic swearing at me and spiting tward my feet with f--- you I should f--- you.

I asked him if he was looking for a fight. and walked back in to the store they would not do anything but put back the old one after they got the dents out.I was so up set all of this for a pire of wiper blades. I went to NAPA got the wipers went home and changer my wiper in 3 munutes with one hand. ( all this one hour and tempers flying over wiper blads.
