PEP BOYS ripoff HOWELL New Jersey
These problems happen because customers dont give enough information to the mechanic? give me a break..you cant even do a brake job correctly.
What more information do you need...i need new brakes....well...you cant even get that right
after waiting 3 1/2 hours for a brake job ( should take alot less time than that), i get home and smell a burning smell, the vehicle pulls to the left when braking, makes noise when brakes applied...and you retards left a tool in the engine compartment.
So I bring it back the next day and was told it would be first vehicle in that morning to get fixed....I pull in at 1:00 pm...and you guys are just taking the hub caps off and starting work....no phone call explaining any type of delay....AMAZING.
i take it home again...and I get noise still when braking. So I try calling ...ask for service..and no one answers...REPEATEDLY!!! yOU IDIOTS DONT KNOW HOW TO DO A BRAKE JOB..I UNDERSTAND THAT....BUT HOW ABOUT OPERATING A PHONE!!!!
I bring it back in again after failed attempts to get them to answer a phone. Again they tell me...itll be first one in...I dropped it off at 9am.....and here I sit typing this letter at 2:20 PM
You guys know how to tie shoes? Or is that too complicated as well.

Let me guess, Bill, you purchased the Pro Stop brake pads, correct? The squeaking sound coming from your brakes are from the pads themself. Sometimes they make sounds, sometimes they dont. Thats what you get for buying low quality brake pads. Don't like squeaking? Purchase quality brake pads. Just because your brakes squeak doesn't mean you need new brakes.

Let me guess, Bill, you purchased the Pro Stop brake pads, correct? The squeaking sound coming from your brakes are from the pads themself. Sometimes they make sounds, sometimes they dont. Thats what you get for buying low quality brake pads. Don't like squeaking? Purchase quality brake pads. Just because your brakes squeak doesn't mean you need new brakes.
