Pep Boys ripoff Marietta Georgia
I had took my car to Pep Boys to install a waterpump and thermostat because my car was leaking antifreeze. My car
was at the shop for 7 hours to have repair, it cost me
nearly $300.00 dollars. The man who work there had an
attitude, and did not put my bolts back on my a/c unit
or the protector cover on my steering belt.

My first question is . . .were the subject parts there when the job was started. I know this sounds like a silly question, but judging the way this complaint is written he never even attempted to have his problem corrected by using channels available at every Pepboys location.
It appears as though this person just got angry and reported this to complain to someone. Complain to that stores management if indeed the missing parts were there when the job was started.
I can not count the number of times a vehicle came in to my stores location for repairs and then get complaints to have problems repaired that were there before we touched the vehicle, or the number of times we were blamed for leaving something off that wasnt there in the first place.
It's a sad fact that there are people out there who will do anything to get something for free.
but, if the parts in mention were there when the car was worked on, go back and have it fixed correctly. Tactfully demand that much!!
