I went for a water pump repair and a signal light switch put in my 94 Eagle Summit. They had to send away twice to get the right signal light switch. Then after about a week they finally got it.Then while taking the steering wheel off they broke a spring they said that has to do with my airbag. So they sent away for the spring which has taken about another week today. And it hasn't arrived yet. I talked to the manager of the repair shop yesterday and he said it would arrive yesterday and He would call me. He hasn't called. This has put me in a awful situation because I need my car for work. I asked for a rental car to help me out. He says there is nothing He can do. So far this has cost me $658.20. And I'm not finish yet. I feel like I have been ripped off. I am still carless.
