pepboys ripoff deceptive company lake worth Florida
This is a follow up from first letter took my vechile to sear for a allignment not saying nothing to them about what happened at pepboys they checked my vechile and did the allignment to the vechile they said my vechile is fine pepboys said they could not do the allignment to my vechile because it needed a rec idler arm and center link with labor cost and parts total would have been about $300.00 dollars ripp off something has to be done to these people.

i dont want to get into a heated argument over this. i take it the car or truck in question was probly a GM or chevy. a lot of time these parts or recommend when you do a shake down of the car. for loose tie rods or bad wheel bearings. its not that the could not do the aligment is that they choose not to, if these said parts had execcive play, you would be back there in a few weeks, need a second alignment dont to the car.
i'm saying this only form the stand point of witch i know and seen
