Complaint Review: Pepito the clown

 Pepito the clown who does not give her name, says she will work about 30 cities in northern CA. She says she is out of Sac. Sac public search  says she is not listed with a business license. Her address is Baltimore and her phone number is Baltimore. So there she is on google ads for all to hire her  with no ID. I also see she has worked in Maryland. I could go off on the fact that she is suspost to have a license for each of the cities she works in, but she does not appear to even have one for SAC.yet Google ads and Gigmasters.com have her listed her  to get jobs in CA. Under ground economy takes money from the kids in the state of CA. Free pre schools, foster care and child protection service has no money because people are working without paying the dues to CA. in the kid market. What that does is leave kids in life threating homes with no social workers.So when you hire someone to do your party with no license  in your city, remember who this harms, and that you are bringing a total stranger into your home to handle your kids.
