Last June 16 - August of 2011 - We lost 7 loved ones every week!

All unxpectedly - all very close to our daily lives and heart.

Unfortunately several of them had no insurance for funeral or burial. So we emptied our savings at our local bank, our 401K from work, and our few stocks. That put us in a bind since Michael only works part time. After the last unexpected death of my sister in August. I took a FMLA from work. However -here in Florida there is no income for that. So we suffered financially and took a loan online from this company - Pepper cash. We borrowed $400 in December to help pay the rent. We have paid back $625. $225 more than we borrowed. We called to determine why this money was still being taken and they reported that they have not collected on the principal yet. This is fraud. That is not what they stated when we borrowed the money otherwise we would gone elsewhere. Last week they attempted to take another $175 from our bank account. We put a stop payment on it but the amount they attempted to retrieve was different than what they previously took - so it's no good. We would like to settle this without paying another penny. since we have fulfilled our obligation.

When you borrowed from Pepper Cash, you borrowed from an Indian tribe that sets its own rates and rules.

Your interest amount is well into the triple digits and that's why you have paid much more than borrowed and still owe more.

"This is fraud."

"Unfortunately, it's not, but maybe should be.

"We put a stop payment on it but the amount they attempted to retrieve was different than what they previously took - so it's no good. We would like to settle this without paying another penny. since we have fulfilled our obligation. "

You haven't fulfilled your obligation, read your agreement with them.

I don't see anyway possible, without compromising your credit that you can just not pay them.

No, I don't work for them or even like their business.

Good luck to you, but your best bet may be to obtain the money elsewhere to pay them off as soon as possible.
