Attention to all independent Contractors in the Maryland, DC and Virginia Area. Please stay away from doing business with ORLANDO PERDOMO JR. Who is the CEO of Perdomo Industrial. Orlando will come to you as a humble sheep asking for your services and he will try to put the numbers to your rates. Eventually he will call you and use your services at your rates. This is because he has burned so many bridges from New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Virginia etc... that no one else will provide him services. Orlando Perdomo Jr. has a solid team of experts in ripping up small and big contractors. Mark the Vice president will act as if he doesnt know whats happening but only after yoi provide the services they need in order to get laid form the GC. Minni Anwar will lie to you all day long as per why you are not getting paid, until he will just stop answering his Cel phone etc... Once he uses your services, he will simply dissappear and you wont hear back from him ever. Then the game plan is to create a new name for the company, to continue to operate his NATIONAL SCHEME on ripping off hard workers in the construction/ Demolition/Hauling Business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RATS!

If you had a great experience with Orlando Perdomo Jr. Please keep sharing it. However do NOT try to say that this aint true. We had a very bad experience with him, after work was COMPLETED, he started to go around for not to pay us. We took him to court, won the case, got Judgements in our favor from both company the Original as well as "Perdomo National Demolition"(His Alter Ego) all this was proven in court. He had even agreed to pay a amount settled between our Attorneys and simply NEVER paid us as per his agreement. Orlando Perdomo Jr. is a RAT, if you want to do business with him, keep doing it. I am just sharing what we our experience was with him. If you want to know more about him, just go and ask his own former employees that he had played with their families as well, by not paying them.

The report seems accurate to me.... I am in the heavy equipment/demoliton robot sales and rental business and he intially comes out humble like you said and then begins to brag on how much work he has and how he is wanting to purchase a substantial amount of equipment off of me... I started doing my research on Perdomos credit history... He has burned every rental company up and down the east coast constantly changing the companies names after lawsuits and bankruptcy. Please do your research on this guy like I did!!! Dont let his Lamborgini or Rolex fool you hes straight con man!!!!!

I have worked with Mr. Perdomo for over 7 years now and have never been paid late. The ripoff report against them is absolutely false. Perdomo has a flawless credit history. I am shocked to have found this report. If a sub was not paid it was due to faliure to complete the work agreed upon. Perdomo has a long line of strong references and cashflow beyond the majority of its competition.
