This Person Advertise himself as a great Digital Illustrator. On his Facebook shows pictures of their art. He also print on those pictures the time their took him to complete. 45 minutes, 22 minutes, etc.
I hire him to work with me by distance, for that matter I paid 50% in advance for an Illustration that he said it will took just half day.
After 3 days he disappear. He didn't reply emails. Didn't answered the phone, neither the facebook chat.
I have to hire another Digital Artist who work overtime to complete the illustration in hours. Then he shows up with a horrible incomplete illustration. Is like someone else did my illustration, maybe his little brother.
After that, he refuses to refund my money.
