Complaint Review: Perfect Agua Purifier

Perfect Aqua Purifier took 149.85 from my account. They tricked me. Phone calls and emails resulted in them promising to refund the money to my account when they received the filters they sent. I had already returned the filter. I also returned the filters, both unopened.

Perfect Aqua Purifier promised by email to refund the money in 30 days. They didn't. Then they apologized and promised to refund it in 3-6 days. This was a phone call. They haven't.

This is now over two months, many emails and phone calls where they leave you hanging for many minutes, then say you've called off-hours when you haven't, then say to leave a message, and lately they don't call back. This last call their sales number given was not in service and their customer service number left me hanging through 3 songs and then dropped the call.
