Complaint Review: Perfect Nutra Solutions

I ordered a bottle of so called brain suplement .I was to pay shipping charges only . I called in and cancelled to keep from signing up for the full order . The order was sent anyway and my card was charged

  This company sent me two packages . The phone # for one package is showing as 855 423 4479 .

  The other phone # for the same company is showing on the package as 844 623 7077

  The same address is showing on two packages as

      532 Patterson Ave  Ste 100

     Mooresville N C 28115

On this second order ,,, I did not order this at all .

  And according to my royugh estimate there is another charge that did not show up on my statement as of yet .
