Complaint Review: Perfect Privacy

Hi,

This company provides secure VPN services for 25 Euro a month.

Basically if from anywhere in the world you can get USA IP address and use American websites that restricted to USA IPs only.

Its a good idea for example if you travel abroad and need to use your web sites back home or if you from abroad and want to use USA web sites like watching online movies.

Fir such service most important is speed, before registering with them I emailed and asked them if their Uber Expensive 25 Euro a month service will be faster then my Current 4USD a month service that I used.

They told me I have nothing to worry, so I asked them if they can sell me 24-48H trial service, so they replayed that they dont offer such option and that I should get 1month to test and that I have nothing to worry.

They promise it will be much better.

So I registered, paid 25 Euro troth PayPal.

When I did I got access to their servers so I pinged them, and OMG it was horrible 560MS ping to USA servers, my current 4$ provider had 170MS ping.

Basically their service is useless.

1H after I emailed them asking for a refund, they told me that they dont refund people, that setuping my account was expensive (yeah so how the 4$ service can setup accounts, offer faster service and make money?)

They offered me 10Euro refund, aka I had to pay 15Euros for 1h use of their service that I didnt even used, just tested the speed.

I told them that its a no deal and that their attitude is scammer like.

They stopped replaying to my emails and disappeared.

People, please stay away from this scammer company.
