If you get a call or letter from this company promising free travel and other rewards for listening to a travel membership offer or any other offer for that matter, DO NOT do it and tell all your friends to ignore the offer.  They make it as difficult as possible to recieve the rewards promised.  If you do one little thing wrong, such as forgeting to include a postage stamp, they will void the reward without notifying you or giving you an opportunity to correct it.  They obviously want you to make a mistake so they can void your reward.

I got a call from them promising two round trip airline tickets to anywhere in the continental U.S. if my wife and I listened to a travel membership presentation.  We agreed but declined to by the membership because it was to expensive and high pressure.  Everyone went from being very friendly to very cold and some guy gave us the paperwork to claim the reward and pointed us to the back door.

When you register for the reward, they make you jump through a bunch of hoops.  We registered on line (if you register by mail, they tell you to include a self addressed stamped envelope).  Nothing happened for a couple of weeks so I called.  I was told by a rude woman that we need to also physically mail in a form, so I did.  A month later, (today) I called and asked about the status.  I was told the offer was voided.  I asked why and was told I neglected to send a stamped envelope.  I said OK I can send one now.  He said, nope, too late.  I asked why they didn't call me or email me to let me know I forgot the envelope.  He said that's my responsibility not theirs.

No apology, no desire to help out, no nothing.  I will warn everyone I know about this company and post a complaint on every forum I can find.  I HOPE THIS DISCPICABLE COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

We understand that the true nature of a complaint forum is to help others, and that is why we have chosen to respond to this posting, to help those recipients who have received one of our Reward Selection Brochures and or Promotional Certificates.

It is important to note that we are in no way affiliated with any company that you receive a certificate or a brochure selection form.  We do not advertise, or market our products directly to you.  Additionally, we are not party to any representations other than what is printed on the brochures or certificates themselves and that is why we require your acknowledgment of the terms.  If there is a misunderstanding regarding your certificate you may need to get clarification from the company who gave it to you. We are an incentive company that many industries purchase gift cards, gift certificates, promotional certificates, music down loads, and a wide variety of other promotional products to thank their customers at the time of purchase or for spending time with them.

All brochure selection forms and promotional certificates have terms and conditions that accompany them.  Please read them carefully. They are there to help you through the redemption process. Some selections and certificates require shipping and handling, governmental taxes, processing fees, refundable deposits, and have restrictions on what time of year you may travel and others do not.  Most products are time sensitive.  It is true failure to  comply with the terms associated with your specific certificate might render your offer void.

The certificate given to this person does not include shipping and handling.  The company who brought this certificate from us made a decision based on the costs of the certificate and to pass the shipping requirement to the certificate holder to receive their selected certificate.  The recipient is required to provide the postage and envelope - and by self addressing it - it verifies the recipient's current address.  It states on the certificate the requirement to include it and failure to do so voids the offer.

We do understand the frustration and due to automation in the date processing center and in fairness to all customers submitting certificates correctly, we do not waive the restrictions of an offer when  recipients fail  to comply with the designated terms and conditions they agreed to in writing.

As for a staff member treating the poster rudely, that is unacceptable and in no way do we willingly allow any staff member to treat a customer in such a way nor to be indifferent to a certificate holders circumstances.

Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter.  We apologize for any misunderstanding and  inconvenience to this person.  We have provided our contact information if any certificate holder would like to call to clarify any terms on the certificate they received.  You can email your question to infor@perfectselectrewards, or call us at 1-866-852-4617.  If the poster would like to contact us direct we will attempt to clarify any misunderstandings if we can.
