Don't be dazzled by the pretty brochures. This company makes you jump through numerous hoops, so read everything very carefully, and send your correspondence through certified mail if you want to keep them honest.
Better yet, KEEP AWAY!
We met all the criteria and mailed our final submission in early May of 2012 (well before their June deadline). When we didn't hear back from them, we called. They claim the submission wasn't received until June 29th (over a month after it was mailed).
They voided our reward, saying they returned our deposit, which we have yet to receive!
