Complaint Review: Perfect Skin Science Labs

Perfect Skin Science Labs Cancelled and returned product and after 19 days still have not received my refund! I Internet

I cancelled my membership on the 17th of May 2011 but they had already shipped the product.  I called on the 18th of May, received a RMA# was told as soon as they received the product back, I would receive my refund within 7-10 business days.  As soon as I received the product, I returned it via UPS.  Perfect Skin received it on the 26th of May.  I called on the 3rd of June 2011 and was told the product had been received, refund of $87 was approved and to give it about 3 more days.  I then called on the 13th of June and was told it takes 15 business days to receive a refund.  It has now been 19 business days since Perfect Skin received the returned product and I still do not have my refund.  I have sent several emails that they do not respond to and called twice.  I will be calling again today.  Their website states that you can cancel your membership online which I was not able to do, I was told I had to call.  Their website also states immediate refunds if you are not happy with the product which I was not and informed them of that when I initially called for the RMA #.
