This website advertised a FREE trial for only shipping of 4.95.  I sent away for it.  I received the product & within 4 days, called their 800 number & told them I was allergic to it. (hives)  The proceeded to charge my checing account $89.41, even though I called in to cancel!   I sent them an email explaining eveything & they said they would only credit me 20 !!!!!   I called the toll free number again & told them if they did not refund the entire $89.41, I would proceed with further acction against their company. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS STEALING!!! They stole $69.41 from me!

Hi Diane,

We’re sorry that you had such a negative experience with Perfect Skin Serums. We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service.  While we want to help every customer, we clearly state on all websites what the Terms and Conditions of the product offer are, along with a check box where the customer agrees to the terms. All customers must contact customer care at least one day prior to their Trial end date to avoid future charges and shipments.

Before purchasing any product, it’s important to read the Terms/Conditions/Returns, so that you are not surprised by any policies, as well as the price. 

We do not run ads that are survey based and we do not advertise free product or free trial.

For the customer’s protection, email customer service agents are not allowed access to customer’s financial information. You had been advised of this on 8/1/17 and given an 800 number to call, which was one day after the trial ended. You sent an additional email to customer service on 8/23/17 which resulted in a supervisor overriding the system and issuing a cancel.

You have been cancelled from any future billing or product shipment. As a courtesy a 25% refund has been issued.
