I went to the website perfectvoucher.com to purchase a $300 Perfect Money voucher. I tried to pay online, but got a message saying their payment processing system was having problems and that they were working on it. They said that in the meantime, i could send money to them by PayPal (total $330.70). The email address given was cisek.org@gmail.com. I sent the money and was told i would receive my voucher within 1- 2 hours. Days later, i had still not received my voucher. Endless emails, attempts to chat on their website and attempts to call their pm.voucher Skype ID, went unanswered. I was still reeling from that fraud, only to discover a few days later, that there had been fraudulent transactions ofr EUR 170.34 and EUR 80.46 on my debit card to some immigration to Canada websites.

These people are scum and obviously very experienced in internet fraud. Do not... i repeated... do not attempt to buy anything on perfectvoucher.com

I have filed reports with 2 internet fraud authorities and i will not rest till these scums are put away. If there is any lawyer out there who might be willing to help me make a case against PayPal, please get in touch.

After i sent the money by PayPal, i had a bad feeling and noticed the Perfect Voucher rep appeared to be stalling with one story after the other, i contacted PayPal to put a stop to the payment, but rather than look into it, they said because the money was sent as a payment to a friend, they could not help me. These fraudsters seem to know how PayPal operates and are capitalizing on that exposure, while PayPal continues to unknowingly provide a platform for these fraudsters.

This really needs to stop.
