In our opinion: This is a scam!!!!
We are devistated, because we paid Hubert Bass several hundred dollars to do an installation. We paid him in advance and never saw him again. We are deeply sadened, because we worked so hard to save all this money. After 2 years of waiting to get blinds, we thought we found the perfect company and looked at all the work on the website. We are only saying this to be warning other people before using them. Hubert Bass of 281-627-9918 with the email of info@perfectfitshuttersandblinds.com. You be the judge for yourself. Still to this day, we don't have shutters or blinds because we worked so hard and saved many years to get Hubert Bass to do our whole house. I can't lie and say how he is with other clients, but he totally took advantage of us. He doesn't have a physical address on his website on purpose so he can hide from his clients. There is no way of tracking him in Houston.
