My son ordered a pair of shoes from perfectkicks.com online. My check cleared on 11/13/2004. Today is 2/13/2005 and we still do not have a pair of shoes.

I have emailed them since 12/1/2004. In which the only response that I get back is that they will be shipped within 3 weeks.

Every week or two I email them to check the status- I get back the were shipped. NO SHOES have been delivered to my house.

I emailed them and told them that I wanted my shoes delivered overnight and the response that I got was, Since you've had to wait for so long I will give your son a free pair of shoes.
ok. so that makes two pairs of shoes that should have been here.
NO SHOES have been delivered to my house.

I have over and over asked for a phone number to contact someone and talk to them live and the refuse to give a phone number.
They stated in the email that they have a new tracking system that is only in CHINESE. Ok. I have a friend who is Chinese and were not on the tracking system but the www.perfectkicks.com
and go to their tracking names are names are on there.
This site needs to be shut down and they need to pay the money back plus pain and suffering to my son.
