Performance Chip Tuning JDM Performance Chip Will not honor warranty
Purchased performance chip for truck. Chip functioned properly for a year and a half. Reported failure to customer service, provided proof of purchase and was told they have no record of sale and, therefore they will not stand behind their warranty.
