Complaint Review: Performance Chips Direct

 This company is a complete rip off. If you ever return an item you are charged a 25% restocking fee plus if you were given free shipping they turn around and charge for it. A $210 order, and only $89 was refunded. They keep saying that refunded $49 more, but it is not showing back in my account. I am disputing these charges with my bank. Never order from this company. They are complete a**holes when you call in. They keep saying that there is no one above them. Must be one of those at home companies making all their money on restocking fees and charging you shipping on a order that originally was free. Stay away from this company otherwise you will be giving them some of your hard earned money for nothing.
