Complaint Review: Performance Chips Direct

Performance Chips Direct K.A.S.A Haven't received a credit for a return 2 months ago. I have sent them numerous emails regarding the return and not one has been responded to. Walnut, California

I returned an item in march 2012 to performance chips direct and was told I would receive a credit to my account for this item 10-14 days after it was received.  It has been two months and still have not received that credit. 

When I checked the status of the return on their website, it showed it was never received.  I have sent numerous emails regarding the return and not heard back on any one of those emails.  This company is a fraud and I'm pretty sure their products are useless.  DO NOT buy from this "company"!
