I purchased a performance chip for my truck that they claim will allow for more horse power and up to 8 miles more per gallon. This is an absolutely false statement. These chips will ruin your vehicle as they mess with the whole computer system. My mechanic said do not install this and return it to get your money back. I have reached out to the company for 3 weeks now and have chatted with various reps (they don't take live phone calls) red flag #1. I have submitted 3 return claim tickets and have been told that a response will be provided via email within 48 hours. It's been 3 weeks. This company is a complete SCAM and will rip you off if you buy their products.
I am demanding a full refund of the purchase price as it clearly states on their site that they offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
