So here's the deal with these people. They have a million hidden "traps" within their internet site.

Initially, you are offered to get a bottle for free except S&H of $4.87. I went through the motions, but talked myself out of it before I finished. Then the pop up came up saying "Wait" and they offer to reduce S&H to a dollar something.

So if you order the free bottle and you are one of those people who doesn't read the fine print, you are going to get nailed for a $79.95 charge the next month on your credit card statement. Read the Terms and Conditions and you'll see you are agreeing to a continual contract.

When you find that and try to get out of it, then up comes the popup again with the "Wait!" Then the offer comes to reduce it from the ridiculous $79.95 to less than $20 a month. Don't forget, this comes AFTER you've already been charged the $79.95 because most people don't look into it until they find that "unapproved" amount on their credit card.

They ARE making it easier now to cancel. Initially, there was no link on the page for cancellation, but now there's on right at the bottom of the page.

If you are interested in the product, go for it, but just realize what it is you are getting into.

Personally, the pills didn't really do anything for me, so I cancelled.

I really dislike tricky tactics, and this company has a whole bunch of them on one little website.

Do the research before you click and commit to the deals with them

We appreciate forums such as RipOff Report that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. We would like to take a moment and outline our whole marketing concept and emphasize it is very clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions and made readily available and we actually require persons to verify it has been read BEFORE one chooses to take our sample. We offer Acai a tremendously healthy product, in a trial size, at a greatly reduced price, in order to allow more people an opportunity to try our healthy product that would otherwise never had had the chance. In doing so, our intent is that when an individual tries our sample, they can make a decision as to whether or not they would like to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. If they choose they no longer want the product, no problem, all they have to do is go to the web address on the bottle (www.gohelpnow.com) and simply cancel the product. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.
