Complaint Review: Performance Motorsports

Performance Motorsports I was buying a 2007 VFR800 Interceptor ABS and they sold me the bike without the ABS. I also spent 1300 dollars in motorcycle Gear and one of the helments was defective. I brought it back four days latter and the said they could just order a part that I have no Idea how to put in and they do not either. I asked them to give me a new one and they told me they can do that. San Juan Capistrano California

I asked them about the ABS brakes and they said I really do not need it for California. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I do not even fell comfortable going in there anymore. I really just want what I asked for. I paid $10,942 for the bike and they said it had ABS brakes. After reading the owner manual it said a light should come on. I checked it out and no light. So I called them and they told me the 2007 VRF800 fi would be just fine.

I still have not received a helmet or the missing cover on the back seat that it was supposed to come with.

Please help.
