This company starts off with a free offer of the product and before you have finished you are signing up for future orders.  When you try to cancel the order you cannot find the page to do so.   They have listed in other complaints to go to http://www.gohelpnow.com/, but the site is not setup yet.  Before you know it the money is being deducted from your account, for orders you never intended to accept. This company is scam city alright, trying to make their millions off internet marketing.  They scammed my wife for 2 different products.  One was a health tracker which she never used, but we kept getting billed every month, each time with a different company name and different phone number.  The other was for GoogleCashCenter which my wife looked at and used for 3 months at which time we called and cancelled.  The company now has no record of our cancellation and in trust, we didnt think we needed any so-called cancellation number.  When you call the customer service number they are combative and seem to take pride in denying your charge back.  It is these kinds of companies that need to be shut down.  They make money by telling you the account is cancelled, but dont give you any cancellation number the first time you call, then they keep billing you until you call to cancel the second time.  I think they keep record of the times you called and dont even mention the cancellation number until you call to cancel the second time, acting as if they are doing nothing wrong.  Leah (ID 4892) was the nastiest customer service rep I have ever encountered.

I had cancelled my account in December 2009, and never was billed anything in January 2010, so I assumed the cancellation was done; however they started billing me again in February 2010, and told me that because they were making merchant account changes in January, no one was billed.  Again this is a scam and they obviously are constantly changing company names, merchant accounts, and phone numbers so they can just keep scamming people under the radar of the law.

Of course when I try to file a complaint with these government agencies, I have no cancellation numbers, or records to prove I made a phone call to cancel, so I dont expect Ill get any help.  Im writing this report so hopefully others wont get scammed.

If you search for this company, do so by address:

51 West Center St, OremUtah84058
.  Just from the complaints I found on RipoffReport.com, there are many different company names, which leads to the confusion.  This is their business strategy.  Their mission statement must read Rip-off customers, treat them as if they are stupid, make doing business as confusing as possible, and dont supply any kind of quality products

The BBB has given them an F rating, and have record of a case that was settled out of court.  http://www.bbb.org/utah/business-reviews/scientifically-unproven-health-and-medical-product-providers/smile-bright-in-orem-ut-22240671
