Complaint Review: Square-Square up-Performance Transmission & Automotive

Performance Transmission & Automotive Deborah Mullins or Mark Mullins Square took customers money from Credit Card transaction. closed our business account did not ever deposit the funds in our business account, and at present has refused to refund the customers money $4300.00 San Fransisco California

On March 18,2015 a customer called Performance Transmission & Automotive to place an order for a marine engine for his boat. The cost of this motor was $4300.00. Customer paid with a VISA card. The credit card processing company SQAURE AKA SQUARE UP did NOT deposit the customers $4300.00 into the business account of Perf. Trans. & Auto. Instead SQUARE closed our account, they have thus far NOT refunded the customers $4300.00. I was called by the csutomer on 04/09/2015 to inform me that SQUARE has kept his $4300.00. Also because SQUARE has closed my account I can not call or e-mail them. Their system requires codes to be entered by he called or e-mailer said codes are supplied only by SQUARE. Therfore SQUARE can not be contacted unless they want to be contacted. Their web site does not even give a physical address. I sent SQUARE an e-mail VIA their WEB site pretending to want their services and I did get a repsonse. So I sent them a message requesting they immediateley refund the customers $4300.00. So far 4 days have past and I have NO RESPONSE from them. As I stated before, Performance Transmission & Automotive was NOT paid by SQUARE. I HAVE NO WAY TO REFUND the customers money as I-we DO NOT HAVE IT. So far the customer has been very kind and very understanding. THIS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP. PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED.
