Stephen Lane of Perillium Homes RIPPED US OFF !! Go to his website www.perilliumhomes.com he claims to give customers excellent service. Not us he say's F*** YOU sue me !! and left us with thousands of dollars in repairs. We made a big mistake building with him. He is now building in Saaint Charles and will be soon be building in Elburn Illinois. He most always builds in a B and B Enterprises subdivision.

Booze and Blood are there names "developers" and "attorney's" what does that tell you. See their website bbhomes.com God help us all They have a subdivision starting up in Elburn Illinois call Blackberry Creek, or some bologna like that.
