Complaint Review: Perillium Homes Stephen Lane Custom Homes

Perillium Homes screwed us. Now Stephen Lane Custom Homes
St. Charles Illinois.(B&B subdivision bbhomes.)

I just wanted you to know what has happened to us. We contracted Stephen Lane of Perillium Homes, now building under Stephen Lane Custom Homes in Saint Charles, in The Fox Mill subdivision to build us our home.

It has been nearly 4 years now since we closed and he still refuses to fix our basement problem. He has been aware of the problem since before we closed and has repeatedly told us F**k You sue me!

Because the legal system does not look out for the victim (us), and allows people to change their company's names, we refuse at this time to take this route. Instead, we will tell everyone what he has and has not done for us.

This past week even C.K. Blood (developer and attorney of Stephen) had enlightened our neighbors in The Fox Mill subdivision to this website, backfiring in his face.

Since he had done this, he has really caught the eyes of many. There is now another person that apparently upset with Malcolm Kanute, another builder in St. Charles, and has exposed his dealings.

Although I am not appreciative of CK's attempt to isolate us from our neighbors, I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for telling people where to go to expose these builders. It's builders like Stephen Lane, which give people like us a different outlook on builders in Chicago.
